Tofatas 2% ointment (15 gm), containing Tofacitinib, is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor used to treat immune-mediated skin and hair conditions by reducing inflammation and suppressing overactive immune responses. Its primary uses include treating atopic dermatitis (eczema) and alopecia areata (patchy hair loss). 

Tofanol ointment 10 g (containing 2% w/w Tofacitinib) is a topical JAK inhibitor used primarily to manage moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema), psoriasis, and other chronic inflammatory skin conditions. It reduces skin redness, swelling, and itching. It is also used to treat alopecia areata (patchy hair loss) by stimulating growth.

Sulsazine 500 mg tablet (containing sulfasalazine) is an anti-inflammatory medication primarily used to treat inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, as well as autoimmune joint conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. It works by reducing swelling and inflammation.
